Akarna Dhanurasana Yoga Method-

  • First of all, you sit in Dandasana.
  • While inhaling, try to bring the thumb of the right foot with the left hand and bring it to the left ear as well.
  • Keeping the left leg straight, hold its thumb with the right hand.
  • Then while exhaling, you come back to the normal state.
  • Similarly repeat it with the other leg.
  • It was a cycle. You can do this two or three times.
  • While holding the asana, maintain it for as long as possible.
