Akarna Dhanurasana Yoga Method-
- First of all, you sit in Dandasana.
- While inhaling, try to bring the thumb of the right foot with the left hand and bring it to the left ear as well.
- Keeping the left leg straight, hold its thumb with the right hand.
- Then while exhaling, you come back to the normal state.
- Similarly repeat it with the other leg.
- It was a cycle. You can do this two or three times.
- While holding the asana, maintain it for as long as possible.
